Connacht Rugby have been included in Pool 5 and will face the following teams in the upcoming 2017/18 Challenge Cup season:

• Brive
• Worcester
• Oyonnax

Below is how all 5 pools look:

Some interesting pools in there, reigning champions SF Paris and Gloucester should feel happy enough and should progress to the knockout stages by topping their groups. Some very unfamiliar opponents await Connacht but certainly not the pool of death.

Connacht have avoided all of the top teams and should qualify from this group, and I would imagine topping the group in the process.
